The purpose of this registration is to establish a comprehensive database of job seekers, enabling the MK Labour Desk and SANFACSA to accurately identify each individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and career interests. This process allows us to allocate candidates to suitable employment opportunities as they become available through our growing partnerships with employers, businesses, and industry stakeholders.

Our employment initiative is not merely about collecting names—it is about creating a structured pathway towards sustainable employment and economic empowerment. Every registration strengthens our ability to connect job seekers with opportunities that match their skills and experience.

The remarkable response received during our previous programmes in Chatsworth, Pinetown, and Phoenix has demonstrated the urgent need for employment interventions and has encouraged us to expand this initiative into more communities. Hundreds of job seekers have already been registered, with many progressing through recruitment and placement processes.

We therefore encourage every unemployed resident of Sipingo and the surrounding communities not to miss this important opportunity. Whether you are entering the job market for the first time, seeking a career change, or looking to return to work, this registration could be the first step toward meaningful employment.

The MK Labour Desk and SANFACSA remain dedicated to building partnerships that create jobs, develop skills, and restore dignity to our people through employment.
